We’ll get on a no pressure 20 minute discovery call to get to know each other better and see if we’re a good fit.

We’ll give you a more accurate opinion of value as well as identify the areas where, if improved, can increase your value as well as go over the market statistics.

- Review
We will bring our Project Management team and select vendors to your home for a one hour walkthrough. After that we will craft a scope of work and budget that will yield the highest ROI and sales price for you, and a timeline for your review.
04.
- Execute

This often includes painting, changing out fixtures, staging, etc. We can also front the cost of this renovation at no cost to you. Once ready, we then bring our photo and video crews in to capture the magic of your property

- on the Market (or Pursue Off Market)
Strategically choose a final listing price and review all market prior to going live on the MLS or pushing through our off market channels.

I entered the uncertain Bay Area housing market with little hope of being successful. I came across a home that I fell in love with and contacted the listing agent. Hans - who worked for the same firm - picked up the phone. Hans walked me through my options - phone call after phone call, text message after text message. Hans gave me the guidance I needed and stood by my side as we entered a fierce bidding war on a dream home. We won the house and soon opened escrow to close after precisely 21 days! After we closed the home, our water heater went out. I was desperately working with the warranty company to try and repair, but they denied us because they believed it was a preexisting condition.
