B-players do a great job and get a high-five. On rare occasions, you come across an A-player, and Hans Stuzyna is a perfect example of one. I entered the uncertain Bay Area housing market with little hope of being successful. I came across a home that I fell in love with and contacted the listing agent. Hans - who worked for the same firm - picked up the phone. Hans walked me through my options - phone call after phone call, text message after text message. Hans gave me the guidance I needed and stood by my side as we entered a fierce bidding war on a dream home. We won the house and soon opened escrow to close after precisely 21 days! After we closed the home, our water heater went out. I was desperately working with the warranty company to try and repair, but they denied us because they believed it was a preexisting condition. I called Hans for help and he sprang into action. We submitted a home inspection report to prove the water heater was working and obtained agreement from the warranty company that they'll repair.
